Regional Air Services is an EASA-approved training organisation (RO/ATO-06) based at Tuzla Airport in Constanța County, Romania. Training is delivered in English and Romanian, and the school attracts both local and international students, with graduates employed by airlines such as Ryanair, Wizz Air and TAROM. The organisation also provides offshore transport, search and rescue, aerial photography, banner towing and pleasure flights. Its fleet comprises nine aircraft: an Antonov AN-2, a Bell 206, a Guimbal Cabri G2, a Diamond DA20, a Diamond DA40, two Diamond DA42s, an AS350B3 helicopter and a Piper PA-25. The aerodrome is located on the Black Sea coast, offering year-round VFR training conditions.
